The service provided by "Ali" during our stay was exceptional, making us feel right at home with his thoughtful gestures and efficient approach. While the property was clean and well-maintained, the rates for different apartment types could be adjusted to better match their amenities and sizes.

From the warm welcome to the well-furnished apartment, my stay at Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartments was delightful. Conveniently located near the metro and shopping centers, the helpful staff made our visit with a baby stress-free. Access to the beach via a free shuttle and excellent amenities like the indoor swimming pool added to the relaxation. Nearby landmarks like the Al Ghurair Center and Dubai Tennis Stadium facilitated family bonding opportunities. The only minor drawbacks were the construction noise and some lighting issues in the rooms.

During my recent business trip, I had the opportunity to stay at Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartments in Dubai. I must say, I was quite impressed with the well-equipped gym at Flora. The modern fitness center featured state-of-the-art equipment and provided a great way to energize myself during my stay. The Jacuzzi, steam bath, and sauna facilities were a welcome addition, and I particularly enjoyed the healing hands of the trained therapists at the newly renovated Spa and Fitness Centre. It was a serene and soothing haven that definitely helped me ease away the stress of hectic urban life.

As for minor issues, the room furnishings could be much better.

the location was fantastic, close to the mall and metro, with plenty of dining options nearby. the breakfast service provided by riyas was exceptional. the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, including a washing machine and cooking facilities.

The staff at the hotel were like superheroes, ready to assist us with anything we needed; they even surprised us with complimentary drinks! The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything a home needs, and the free Wi-Fi was a big plus. Easy access to the metro and the nearby mall made exploring the city a breeze.

The apartment was incredibly spacious, and the modern furniture made it feel so cozy and homely. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen, and the en-suite bathrooms in each room added an extra touch of luxury. As a guest with disabilities, the spacious balcony and separate living room made me feel right at home.

I found the attached maid's room unnecessary for my needs, but I can see how it can be helpful for larger groups.

Flora's welcoming staff, including Mr Manoj and Ms. Ancy, ensured a perfect stay with their friendly and professional service. the convenient location near Deira City Center and the metro station made traveling easy. the clean rooms and beautiful city views added to the relaxing experience. Staying here was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sun loungers. the room was spacious and had all necessary facilities to make the stay comfortable. the service was impeccable, with helpful and considerate staff. the restaurant served delicious halal food with a variety of special diet menus. the hotel's location near the Deira City Centre station allowed for easy access to shopping and transportation.

The only minor issue was the room's soundproofing, which could be improved. Despite that, there were no disturbances from outside noise.

the kitchen in our room was large and well equipped, allowing us to easily prepare meals. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a shopping mall and various restaurants nearby.

The bathtub in our room was a bit narrow for showering, I would have preferred a separate shower stall. there were some mixed interactions with the staff.

The staff here at the hotel are incredibly welcoming and responsive. From the receptionists to the cleaners, everyone was helpful and friendly. I've stayed at this hotel a few times now, and I have always been impressed by their guest-friendly attitude. the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional, and the location is perfect for getting around easily to explore the city. They even have a spa on the ground floor, several great restaurants nearby, a supermarket in the same block, and a fantastic barber shop next door. the location is very convenient - only a few stops away from the airport, making it a breeze to travel to and from the hotel.

One thing that could use some improvement is the breakfast menu. While the staff was warm and hospitable, the breakfast options seemed a bit repetitive with the same dishes being served regularly.

The comfortable seating and bright, well-lit corridors made it easy for senior travelers like myself to navigate around the hotel. The accessibility features such as ramps and handrails made it very convenient for me to move around without any hassle.

I would have appreciated softer background music in the dining area for a more relaxed dining experience for the elderly.

The grand buffet lunch was a mesmerizing culinary journey, featuring a mouthwatering variety of Arabic, Continental, Thai, Indian, and Chinese dishes. The deluxe hotel apartments surprised me with its fantastic self-catering facilities, but what I loved most was the diverse culinary experiences at The Olive Tree Restaurant, offering a wide variety of international cuisines for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I keep returning for the exceptional service and amenities. On my first stay, the staff assisted with heavy baggage. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, fitness studio, outdoor pool, kitchen. I'm excited to return for Christmas!
